O Hotel possui uma boa localização, bem próximo o metrô e e fácil acesse as principais atrações do bairro. É um hotel bem antiquado, inicialmente fiquei em um apartamento bem feio, embolorado....Possuia toalhas de rosto e banho bem surrados, pareciam pano de chão. Abri o guarda roupa e tinha aquelas broca de madeira e o pior de tudo foi ter barata no banheiro e no quarto. Meu namorado reclamou e trocamos de apartamento. Ficamos em um outro apartamento menos pior, onde a limpeza, toalhas estavam melhores e o Melhor de tudo: sem barata ou outro tipo de inseto. Café da manhã é horrível!!! E o horário é das 07 as 10hs da manhã...fomos tomar café da manhã as 9 e não tinha NADA, não há reposição dos alimentos. Não há refrigeração e nem conservação adequada. Tinha até mosquito nos bolos, e alimentos que geralmente precisam se manter aquecidos estava totalmente frio. Eu sinceramente tive uma experiência horrível no hotel, nunca mais volto. Única coisa que salva o hotel é o atendimento, que no check in e check ou foram ok e o rapaz da recepção noturno e da limpeza super super solidários com a situação do apartamento com baratas.
