De todos os Mercures que já me hospedei, este, sem dúvida, é o pior. Ao chegar no quarto, liguei o ar condicionado e era possível ouvir o barulho da condensadora do lado de fora, velha e sem manutenção. Impedindo o descanso. O recepcionista concordou em me trocar de quarto. O novo quarto era ligeiramente melhor, mas ainda sim um som bastante alto que vem do painel elétrico do quarto no período da noite. O quarto não tem acústica satisfatória, qualquer barulhinho da rua (incluindo aviões) eram ouvidos de maneira alto e clara. A internet também era inoperante. Tive de usar a internet do meu próprio celular, pois a velocidade era baixa e o sinal também não cobria o apartamento de maneira satisfatória.

Muito aquém do que é esperado para um hotel da rede Mercure. Não há sistema de ventilação na sala (nem ventilador nem ar condicionado), apenas há um ar condicionado no quarto. Maioria esmagadora de tomadas no padrão velho. Não possui smart TVs. Muito decepcionante que a rede Mercure possua um hotel com quartos desse nível. O preço definitivamente não condiz com a realidade do que o hotel oferece. Péssimo custo benefício.

El hotel, aunque antiguo y con necesidad de renovación en sus instalaciones, estaba limpio y se ubica en una zona conveniente. En cuanto al desayuno, las opciones eran limitadas y, lamentablemente, el servicio al cliente no cumplió con las expectativas. Solicité un desayuno para llevar en mi último día debido a un vuelo temprano, pero no pudieron acomodar mi petición, resultando en la pérdida del desayuno incluido ese día.

The place it’s really amazing, the rooms are really comfortable and super clean. The breakfast it’s amazing and the staff always helpful! Next time when I go to São Paulo I know where stay it’s a home away from home!
