Chegamos e tivemos a surpresa do estacionamento nao estar incluso, no site nao estava escrito de forma clara pagamento a parte.
Horario do cafe da manha confuso, cada dia um diferente, devido a isso perdemos a hora no ultimo dia mas os funcionários foram solicitos e nos deixaram levar o cafe para o quarto.
Suco muito ruim, suco de laranja é basico e estava aguado, o detox tambem
Ar condicionado nao gelava suficiente.
Wi fi nao funciona!
Restante tudo mto bom, cama e banho maravilhosos, espaçoso, organizado, mto confortavel e mto bem localizado, pretendo voltar.

Já é a quinta vez que me hospedo no Mercure Pamplona. Gosto muito do quarto e da localização. Pela primeira vez, fiz reserva com café da manhã e deixou muito a desejar. Gostaria de fazer um registro sobre o excelente atendimento da recepcionista Raissa.

Atendimento excelente de toda a equipe, quanto muito bom e confortável. A única melhoria que recomendaria seria uma melhor sinalização para o acesso de cadeirante uma vez que não há rampa na fachada e o acesso é pela garagem.

Very friendly staff, comfortable room with a very comfortable bed, the bathroom was fine but could benefit from renovation. Breakfast was basic but very nice - enough variety of hot and cold food. Good location in safe area.
