I have visited this property twice and loved it both times. The staff, especially Sergio are amazing. Sergio was welcoming, friendly and extremely helpful and accommodating with everything we could possibly need. The hotel is super clean and the location is fantastic. So easy to walk to the park, local restaurants and museums.

Fizemos uma viagem de casal para comemorar aniversário de casamento e, como de praxe, escolhemos um hotel 5 estrelas na prpopsta de "curtir o hotel". Desta vez, decidimos experimentar, pela primeira vez, um hotel da rede Marriot.
Nossas opiniões seguem abaixo:
LOCALIZAÇÃO: muito boa. Próximo de vários pontos turísticos e supermercados.
BANHEIRO: bom espaço interno mas precisando de algumas atualizações. Chuveiro sem jato adequado e pingando em quem tenta usar a banheira. Banheira desconfortável. Cortina do box torna a experiência do banho muito desconfortável (substituam por blindex urgente!).
QUARTO: vista única para o parque Ibirapuera. Pequena varanda que permite bons momentos de relaxamento apreciando o visual. Excelente ar condicionado central. Pequena cozinha com geladeira muito boa e prática. Colchão mole demais. Travesseiros não ergonômicos. Mobiliário confortável mas antigo (manchas visíveis nos estofados). Equipamentos de TV e dispositivo de TV a cabo não funcionavam adequadamente.
ATENDIMENTO: Camareiras e staff do café do café da manhã muito atenciosos e educados. Recepção boa também, mas algo "robotizada" no atendimento.
ACADEMIA: boa mas precisa de modernização
PISCINA: dá pra relaxar mas é muito estreita e comprida (nas fotos parece mais interessante do que é na vida real)
LOCALIZAÇÃO: muito boa! Próximo de pontos turísticos interessantes e de supermercados.
RESUMO: Bom hotel mas por ser de uma rede "de grife famosa" esperávamos um pouco mais.

Impossible to find a taxi. After asking help to get o cab, I was waiting for 30 minutes… despite the hotel door men said he was making his best efforts to find a cab (what was clearly not the case), I gave up and got out walking the streets, pushing my luggage, under the sun full power and heat. The streets are being resorted. The traffic is unbelievable bad, even to São Paulo. Really a bad experience. Besides that, I found out, after my check in, that you need 3 nights to get on night credit at Nom Voy: bizarre not informing it in advance.

Sergio did a terrific job, he was a lot of help and he was always available. It was very nice to receive his welcome email before I arrived. He made my stay very enjoyable and he takes his job very personally to make sure I had a good stay. He was always welcoming me every morning to make sure I was taken care of.

Equipe excelente: preparada, sempre disponível, sorridente e competente. Todos são atenciosos, incluindo seguranças, camareiras, gerentes, recepção, cozinha. Ponto altíssimo da minha estadia :) O hotel tem uma localização privilegiada próximo ao parque do Ibirapuera. Aptos são bons e serviços excelentes, fazendo com que nos sintamos acolhidos em longas estadias.
