Coffee, service, location, all excellent! The only point that left something to be desired this time is the size of the single room, quite small for a couple. Logically it's supposed to be smaller than the special rooms, but this simple one should be more than 3x smaller.

The hotel is clean and has a pleasant smell as soon as you enter. The room is sufficient for one or two people, comfortable bed, good and stable Wi-Fi, however, on the balcony, there could be a table and/or chairs. The breakfast is sufficient, but on two days there was a problem with the espresso machine.

Hotel não condiz com as fotos do site, extremamente pequeno o quarto, passei dia todo fora, deixei para jantar aqui no hotel e para minha surpresa não tem nada no hotel para comer a noite! Fui ligar a tv e a tv estava numa outra configuração que não ligava a tv, liguei no 9 e a recepcionista me disse que não tinha oq fazer, que não tinha ninguém aqui no momento que soubesse arrumar a tv, quem iria saber só ia chegar às 23:00. Solicitei então a mudança de quarto, a mesma disse não ser possível que estava cheio, após eu falar que era um absurdo o jeito que ela estava conduzindo que eu iria fazer reclamação, daí ela então disse que subiria para avaliar, então ela ligou para o funcionário que sabia mexer e ele orientou ela por telefone. Minha pergunta é, como um Hotel em SP, na localização que esse se encontra, não tem ninguém a noite para ajudar nesses detalhes? E porque antes de falar que não tinha o que fazer a recepcionista já não fez oq ela fez? Quarto claustrofóbico, bem decorado, mas da fobia de pequeno, janela minúscula, e andar debaixo super barulhento! Frustração é o sentimento que estou sentido após ter visto as fotos pela internet e agora pessoalmente. Academia nas Fotos também não condiz com a realidade! Pelo custo com ctza tem hotel melhor!
