Fiquei extremamente satisfeita com a excelência em tudo que o hotel oferece: acomodações, restaurante, alimentação, música ao vivo, atendimento de toda a equipe: camareiras, garçons, recepção. Vale ressaltar a disponibilidade, atenção e gentileza da Lígia, da Isabela, do Felipe, e principalmente do Deyvid, que deu dicas de passeios e orientações de locomoção na cidade, que não conhecíamos. O hotel é muito bom. TD novinho, camas confortáveis, quartos amplos com bastante bancadas pra apoiar as bagagens. Ficamos 8 dias incluindo parte do carnaval, período para o qual a localização do hotel é excelente, pois vários bloquinhos passam na porta!!! Certamente voltarei quando vier novamente a SP.

Hotel very well located in the central area. Reading other reviews, I was worried about safety, but I didn't have any problems. I even walked to nearby restaurants at night.
Newly renovated building. Large, clean and well decorated rooms. Good shower. Air conditioning working well. Attentive staff. Everything was excellent. If it had a pool it would be perfect. I intend to return for sure.
