ホテルレセプションのニックさんの接客対応が素晴らしかった。
また是非サンパウロに足を運んでみたく🌷ロケーションも治安が良い地域であり、知人宅やレストランにお邪魔する上でも、便利でした。28階にある朝食ブッフェの内容も非常に充実、景色も最高だった。

Servir é uma dádiva, que quando exercida naturalmente — como ela faz, torna tudo especial! Muito obrigado pelo sorriso, simpatia e atenção conosco! Parabéns pelo profissionalismo e carisma! Beautiful property. The pool area was the gem of the stay. Great cocktails and had a delicious weekend brunch. The room was very comfortable. My only complaint was the lunch buffet at the rooftop restaurant..The food selection was very limited and quality was not great. Aside from that everything was lovely

Realizamos um evento na sala Itaim do Tivoli Mofarrej, durante todo o período a Beatriz (eventos), assim como a Jacqueline nos apoiaram de maneira impecável, o espaço estava absolutamente limpo, organizado e a todo momento toda a equipe se dispôs a ajudar em quaisquer necessidades. A comida, assim como todo o resto, estava excelente.
