Cheguei 13:30 , como cheguei antes das 14 , teria que pagar 60 reais para atencipar o check in. Importante deixar avisado as regras. Melhor falar que não tem disponibilidade. Tentei o check in novamente 13:55 a resposta foi vou olhar se temos disponibilidade e por cortesia poderia entrar 5 minutos antes.

O problema maior foi na relação da Trip.com e o Hotel. Não constava como paga a reserva e tive que ser mais firme com a pessoa que me atendeu (que se mostrou atenciosa e preocupada, mas, ao mesmo tempo, com dificuldades em mediar a situação interna). Vocês precisam melhorar isso!
No que diz respeito ao quarto, me deram um apartamento para PNE que possuía um chão mais gasto e estruturas mais marcadas por uso. Não gostei muito.

Fiz reserva de quarto de casal, estava a trabalho em um congresso, cheguei por volta de 23h no hotel, o quarto era de solteiro, fiz a reclamação disseram que o erro era da TRIP, não resolveram, disseram que não tinham quarto casal disponível no hotel, não quiseram cancelar pq já tinha pago.
Portanto não vou mais usar hotel Confort, não fizeram questão de resolver, ou pelo menos trocar por quarto melhor para reparar o erro.
