Amazing experience and was my first time in this hotel , it's very good and with great location in the center of São Paulo.

The hotel is in a good location, with a rich morning, good restaurants and shopping nearby, and a large park for exercise

Good location, close to shopping mall, convenient for eating, close to the road, a little noisy

The overall experience is very good. The environment and hygiene are good. The room is large and the lighting is good. The front desk staff can speak English. There are also many restaurants and attractions around. It is very suitable for both business trips and vacations.

The Hotel has great facilities. Renovated room. Laminate flooring. Small bathroom, with water running from the shower. Cleaning left something to be desired. A lot of dust accumulated on shelves, furniture and under the bed. My daughter, who has allergies, suffered from this. Bedroom windows should be soundproofed. We stayed in a room facing Av. Ibirapuera and the noise that entered the room was quite annoying. the breakfast is excellent.

Privileged location. You can walk to Ibirapuera Park. Breakfast well served. And a great pool to enjoy on sunny days. The hotel just needs to be better organized when it comes to restocking breakfast when it is fully occupied. Other than that, it's an excellent hotel.

I would return a thousand times! Excellent in every way! Super comfortable beds, delicious breakfast, excellent staff! Super friendly! I will return soon without hesitation! They made my stay in the city much more pleasant than expected. If you are a person who is bothered by the noise of the city in the room, you may not like it very much, but for me it was not a problem. Since I only speak Spanish and English, it was a little difficult for me to understand the staff, since they only speak Portuguese, but it wasn't a problem for me since my companion speaks and understands it. Maybe this information will be useful to someone, which is why I'm mentioning it.

It was good but let me say that there is no privacy at all, you could hear people walking and talking as if they were at your hotel room and every 3-5mins the airplane sound would wake you up, no need of an alarm

Pool is very small and the gym facility had the treadmill broke, the hotel is super expensive and should have more equipments! Location is good and staffs too
