Muy buen hotel, cómodas habitaciones. Deben reemplazar las toallas porque parecen viejas. Y la internet no funciona bien. Cuando seleccionas la Wifi y esperas la ventana emergente para conectarte, esta no aparece nunca. No pude conectarme en internet. Algo para arreglar.

Primeiro me colocaram num quarto com ar condicionado estragado e cheio de formigas. Depois, eu pedi que fizessem pelo menos um bolo no café da manhã sem lactose, já que sou intolerante e só havia bolos sem glúten. Como eu ia ficar vários dias no hotel, fiz tal solicitação. Disseram que iam atender. Não atenderam. Nenhum dia havia algo sem lactose para eu comer no café da manhã. Por fim, na última noite, o ar condicionado do meu quarto não funcionou.

El Hotel en general es un desastre!.. Con suerte debe ser catalogado de 3 estrellas.. Ya te vas dando cuenta de la mala calidad del hotel en la recepción.. No hay lugares donde estar sentado y/o poder tener un encuentro con alguien para tratar cualquier tipo de temas. La atención en la recepción es mala... En el CheckIn estuvieron 40 minutos (yo tenía ya reserva previa realizada) solo para tomar los datos de mi documento.. La limpieza deja mucho que desear al igual que las instalaciones del hotel. Durante mi estadía (3 noches) solo se limitaron a tener la cama y vaciar los tachos de basura del cuarto, nada mas.. El baño nunca fue limpiado durante la estancia. Tampoco repusieron shampoo y/o jabon.. Los tuve que reclamar a la recepción del hotel. El único punto destacable fue la comodidad de la cama y limpieza de las sábanas. Durante los dos últimos días de mi estancia no pude usar Internet ni en mi computadora ni en mi celular (solo tuve internet el primer día).. Mas allá de los varios reclamos que realicé NADIE del hotel trató de solucionar el tema, ni trataron de revisar el problema. Son un desastre en cuanto a servicio.. El desayuno muy lejos de un 4 estrellas!! Un discreto desayuno de hotel de 2 o 3 estrellas. NO VAYAN a este hotel... En mi caso fue la primera y última vez.. En la zona hay decenas de hoteles con mucha mejor infraestructura y servicio al pasajero.
