The service from the staff was exceptional. All staff are extremely attentive and kind. I was able to leave my car in the parking lot even after checking out. The breakfast is good, plenty of cakes, fruits and a super peaceful and relaxing environment. The location is great.

Pontos positivos: - bom custo/benefício; - funcionários atenciosos; - limpeza do quarto; - tamanho do quarto; - bom café da manhã; - check-out extremamente rápido. Pontos de melhoria: - o restaurante está fechado; - não há serviço de quarto; - frigobar vazio. Se quiser alguma bebida, tem que comprar na recepção; - risco de queda no box do banheiro durante o banho: não há piso ou tapete antiderrapante; - no banheiro não há onde pendurar as toalhas perto do box ou da pia; - qualquer movimento que se faz na cama, ela move ou o colchão sai do lugar; - lençóis pequenos para o tamanho do colchão. With more than 40 years of existence in the neighborhood, this hotel surprised me with its cleanliness, service (amazing) and amenities. Very well located! The breakfast could be a little more complete - cheese bread, natural orange juice, some types of cheese..., but the fruit selection is great!!! Oh! In the room, they could remove the carpet (although it was clean) and install a wooden floor (it would be more cozy and modern) or tiled flooring - my opinion😉 But in short, it's worth the value for money! I recommend!
