Very cool staff, all requests are taken into account, it was nice to communicate. The hotel and the room are clean, which is very important for families with children. The area is dangerous, but if you do not go out in the evening, you can stay here. Good breakfasts, a large selection, but every day the same thing, that is, do not expect that there will be variety. The choice for breakfast is very large. Overall, we liked everything and would be happy to come back again.

A localização é muito relativa, por isso coloquei "regular". Pra mim, não é uma localização boa devido não estar próximo do meu destino final e também por estar perto da Cracolândia. O banheiro precisa de uma estrutura melhor, não tinha porta sabonetes e o vaso tinha pouco espaço do box.

As I have lived in hotels for a long time, I am a top-level customer on several booking sites and, on one of them, I have access to considerable discounts, which increases the lack of interest on the part of the hotel management, to the point of generating hostility. I have already filed complaints against chain hotels for discrimination. One of the proofs is that in this hotel I was installed in room 205, the only one that does not have split air conditioning – twice. And one of those times I was the first guest to arrive and the last to have my room freed up and the doorman even had the audacity to insinuate that he had done me a big favor. This is because I was waiting for the worst room in the hotel to be released especially for me. I think the only time I didn't stay in that room was because it was already occupied by another poor guy. See that I was also placed in a low room. And for anyone who has lived in a hotel for as long as I have, you know that the higher the floor, the greater the consideration they have for you. I ended up here because the hotel next door, which is part of the same chain, allocated me a very bad room by a receptionist who I can only assume disliked me. It is clear, right at the entrance, that this hotel is inferior to its neighbor, but it does not always have a lower daily rate. This hotel is unsuitable for people with reduced mobility. I had to climb several flights of stairs just to get to reception with my huge suitcase, which due to its weight means I need to use a luggage trolley. And I still had to climb the same flight of stairs to get to the elevators. I just requested a soundproof room. Then I was informed that rooms at the back of the hotel all have single beds (strange, right?), as my sleep is more important than booking a double bed, I accepted the change in the name of sleep quality. Its main advantage is being located in the Center, which makes getting around easier, it is close to many markets, restaurants and tourist attractions. It has the advantage that many fast foods and restaurants on Avenida Ipiranga are open 24 hours a day. At the same time, this is also its curse: a deafening noise 24 hours a day, in the most degraded, dangerous and violent Center of all Brazilian capitals. The smell of urine and (sight) of feces is common. It's a shame for all of us Brazilians to have as a postcard the few foreigners who come to the country. As in any old hotel, the room is large – compared to newer hotels. With different bed configurations and views. A table that seemed improvised to me next to the door. Hotel fica bem próximo a vários pontos turísticos, apesar de ser no Centro é bem silencioso, o café da manhã é excelente, chuveiro bem forte e quentinho, cama confortável, Wi-Fi funciona bem, fomos bem atendidos. O hotel é simples, porém muito limpo e cheiroso. Tem recepção 24 horas e ao lado um estacionamento 24 horas, esse foi o diferencial para me hospedar nele.

Trata-se de um pequeno e antigo hotel que foi reformado e apresenta um excelente custo/benefício, apesar de ter apenas um pequeno elevador, os quartos são amplos, as camas confortáveis e o banheiro relativamente bom com bom chuveiro. A limpeza é boa. A localização é boa em região próxima a várias opções no centro que dependendo dá para ir a pé, pois a região ainda é relativamente calma. o café da manhã é simples, mas razoável apesar de o salão ser pequeno. Tenho ficado nele por várias ocasiões de trabalho.

o Hotel é antigo, mas tudo funciona perfeitamente. Localizado bem no centro de São Paulo. Não tem luxo mas é um ótimo custo benefício que era o que eu estava buscando, quartos limpos com tudo funcionando.
