Estivemos hospedados no hotel dia 09/03! Depois de algumas horas no quarto, percebemos que o ar condicionado não funcionava! Checamos na recepção e fomos informados que havia um pequeno problema e o técnico estava arrumando! Em resumo, não havia técnico e não estava arrumando! Era um problema crônico, e eles não informaram com medo de os hóspedes não ficarem! Dormimos com janela aberta, numa noite super quente! A esta altura não havia mais condições de trocar de hotel! Um absurdo a falta de transparência! Todos os hóspedes estavam nervosos e decepcionados com a situação!

Muito ruim. Não recomendo. Quartos Sujos, banheiro sujo, toalha de péssima qualidade, roupa de cama manchada, não tem toalha de rosto, frigobar todo enferrujado, chão cheio de cabelo. Em cima do frigobar tinha uns biscoitos comidos, velhos esfarelado, um nojo. Fiquei 3 noites e as toalhas não foram trocadas e o biscoito velho continuou no mesmo lugar. Fotos em anexo!
