Não me deixaram fazer o check in em 22/03/24 alegando falta de energia! Me deixaram na rua com idoso e criança! Agora não querem me restituir o valor da reserva! Hotel desonrado e sem menor respeito pelo cliente e pela vida humana! Devolvam meu dinheiro! Já me fizeram passar mal pedaços no centro de São Paulo de madrugada com a cidade lotada por motivo do Lola Paluza! Foi traumatizante a experiência com este hotel!
