Hotel velho muito mal gosto decoração. Pinturas terriveis nas paredes dos corredores dos apartamentos do andar 7,8 e 9. Elevador com luz negra todo pichado . De muito mal gosto

Não é possível que o Grupo Pestana saiba da situação do Pestana em Sp. Eu que congeçp bem outras unidades, saí chocado. 04 estrelas? Nunca. Quartos velhos com cheiro de mofo fora o “tematizado” que me colocaram primeiro. Tinha uma corda de varal no meio do quarto “grafitado”. Artístico me disseram. Kkkk Não, obrigado. Só sobra a simpatia do staff.

O hotel precisa urgente de uma revitalização. Nos corredores os carpetes estão surrados. Fiquei no quarto luxo. Ele é espaçoso e só. Os colchões são moles e parecem gastos. As toalhas estão surradas e ásperas. O banheiro é antigo e precisa de reforma. A localização é muito boa. Mas para preservar o nome da Rede Pestana acho que deveriam pensar em uma atualização.

Estive por motivos profissionais em SP e me hospedei no Pestana. O atendimento foi excelente, especialmente por parte dos senhores Stiv e Pedro. O café da manhã também é muito bom, assim como a infraestrutura do hotel. Além disso há uma personalização interessante no elevador

Atendimento impecável. Quartos amplos e bem confortáveis. Café da manhã com muita variedade. Os funcionários são educados e atenciosos, especialmente o Sr. Francisco, chefe do pessoal dos serviços de restaurante. Excelente localização. Próximo da Paulista. Fomos em fevereiro/2024 e pretendemos voltar muitas vezes. Vale à pena!
