From arrival to departure the staff was supportive and friendly. The hotel is well maintained and the rooms have quality finnishes and comfortable size. We enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to return.

Fui com minha família, quarto é excelente, amplo, limpo, móveis novos… mas um ponto que deixou muito a desejar, o café da manhã! Acho que pelo valor cobrado na diária, não vale a pena pelo café da manhã, o café é muito fraco, pedi uma tapioca que veio muito gordurosa, não tem muitas variedades também, enfim.. bom hotel, mas faço esse parênteses com relação ao café.

The check in was good. People were helpful and the luggage was sent promptly. We had the De Luxe room which has a Nespresso machine. They provide 2 free capsules per day. This to me is in poor taste. Breakfasts can become boring after 2 or 3 days staying at the hotel. The buffet doesn't have a daily variety and espresso at breakfast is billed to your account, this too is an annoyance. The rooms are spacious and well furnished with a kitchenette. The refrigerator, microwave and stove are good but OH! The cutlery is an absolute DISGRACE. Old and bent and so used. Reminded me of the Army. The hotel is well located and close to the Jardims restaurants and shops. Next time I would buy my own cutlery

Nos hospedamos por 3 meses neste hotel pois precisávamos algo perto do Sirio Libanes. A localização é privilegiada. Todos os serviços de fácil acesso e bem perto. Vários restaurantes ao redor. Também muito tranquilo para caminhar / correr (para quem gosta). Mas nada disso adianta se a equipe corresponde ... e a equipe deste hotel é nota mil! Nos sentimos em casa mesmo estando no hotel. Todos super atenciosos --- recepção / restaurante / vallet. Realmente não tenho elogios suficientes para todos que conhecemos. Os quartos são amplos e bem limpos, cama super confortável. Não acho que se compara com um hotel 5 estrelas ... é diferente. É um sentimento mais de aconchego, de "sua casa", do que um hotel. Estranho, mas como ficamos tanto tempo, realmente nos sentimos em casa.
