The price is expensive and the location is close to beco de Batman. The hotel facilities are very old. The toilet flushed and the water was left all night. We asked the repairman to come and fix it, and they didn't come until the next day.

Quase todas as vezes que vou a São Paulo me hospedo no Golden Tower. Ótimo café da manhã e limpeza. Quartos confortáveis e silenciosos. Equipe extreamente profissional, simpática e prestativa.
O valor da diária é alto, mas existem poucas opções de bons hoteis na região.

Recepção ríspida e pouco compreensva por parte do Sr. Davi, chefe de recepção. A princípio exigiu apresentação de autorização lavrada em cartório para meu sobrinho de 16 anos que me acompanhava em viagem (incluse fiz trecho aéreo sem essa exigência). Diante dessa impossibilidade naquele horário (19:00h) tive que interromper a viagem dos pais dele para enviar copia de RG e declaração por escrito assinada. Enquanto isso não chegava, meu sobrinho ficou proibido de ir para seu quarto. Éramos uma família, estavamos em seis pessoas: eu, minha esposa, meu filho, minha filha e esposo. Entendo que exista uma exigência legal, porém não era necessário este tipo de tratamento, como se não fossemos atender o que foi solicitado. Tinhamos ainda duas diárias no hotel. Quero isentar os demais funcionários da recepção que me pareceram até constrangidos com a forma de agir do seu chefe. Por fim, esse funcionário mostrou falta de tudo que deveria ter na sua função: Simpatia e Compreensão.

Hotel desatualizado, quarto ultrapassado, banheiro desgastado. Serviço de internet bem fraco. Ar-condicionado apenas vento e barulho, não refrigera o ambiente. Serviço de recepção do estacionamento correto. Serviço de recepção também correto. Valor da diária incompatível com o que é oferecido.
