Fomos para fazer a São Silvestre, como muitos hóspedes, o hotel não se preparou e abriu o café só às 7h, não deu tempo de subir para escovar os dentes, tivemos que sair direto.
Também erraram na minha fatura, me cobraram dois quartos!! Recebi e-mail de confirmação apenas do que eu reservei. Ainda não ligaram para acertar.

Foi a segunda experiência nesse hotel. Eu e minha família adoramos. Ficamos os 4 muito confortáveis. A região é otima, bares, restaurantes, mercado e acesso muito fácil ao metrô. Equipe como sempre muito gentil. O único ponto negativo é o café da manhã, o que não é problema.

Fiquei no hotel por causa do evento que fiz lá na sala de eventos. Com relação ao hotel e cordialidade das pessoas do hotel, tudo bem. Só não gostamos do café da manhã, poucas opções, o omelete tem que pedir e conforme o tipo é cobrado separado. O café geralmente estava frio. Aconselho o hotel cobrar mais do restaurante que fica anexo ao hotel e é terceirizado.
