Escolhemos o Upper por se tratar de uma hospedagem em família para quem já mora em SP. Entretanto, estávamos procurando uma hospedagem que fosse mais central e perto dos principais pontos de São Paulo.
O Upper fica localizado em um bairro charmoso e seguro. Próximo de Supermercados, restaurantes padarias e bares. Me senti super segura para chegar a note por se tratar de uma região movimentada por conta dos barzinhos. Com toda certeza voltarei.

Un hotel con un servicio poco humano. No hay loft de entrada. El hotel en estructura puede ser bueno, pero el personal es muy odioso, administrativamente súper restrictivo y estricto. Una experiencia que no quisiera volver a repetir en mi vida. Hay tres personas en recepción y no te ayudan con las maletas, no te entregan la habitación de una manera adecuada. Si quieren pasar buenos momentos en São no vayan nunca

Tive uma experiencia horrível, o ar-condicionado começou a pingar dentro do quarto e acabou danificou meu computador, quando fui falar com o gerente, ele foi muito rude, me perguntou o que queria que ele fizesse, e que nunca tinha visto nada parecido com 10 anos de hotel e depois disso me acusaram de ter consumido uma batata frita SUPER FATURADA que eu nunca nem toquei, tive que pagar a batata e ainda nao tive nenhum retorno sobre o pagamento do reparo do meu computador. me trataram muito mal, nao resolveram meu problema e ainda me cobraram por algo que nunca consumi Além disso, na foto em anexo dá pra ver que tem mofo no ar-condicionado, mostrando a falta de cuidado e manuntencao com o quarto

Péssimo com família, com escada sem elevador, chuveiro não esquenta, toalhas encardidas e cama cheira mal... se vc vier sozinho e topar qualquer coisa fique nele, mas é bem ruim. Aparentemente limpo. Mas banheiro social cheira urina. Não recomendo e jamais voltarei.
