hotel itself too old, not really clean and facilities too old as well

洗髮水 ，沐浴露，香皂 都忘記給放了。洗澡的淋浴房是布簾子，洗完澡水漫金山衞生間，太難了。
乘了10個小時飛機早上9:00 到酒店，前台經理堅持説必須下午2:00 入住，因為沒有房間。給他看我們實際是當天下午6:00 飛機去另外一個城市，多定這天酒店是為了休息幾個小時，他馬上激動得幾分鐘有房間給我們了……但是要求我們下午離開的時候做退房，意思這天晚上他們房間還可以再賣。我們實際第二天又定了房間，正常可以續住，但是他不可以。
因為第二天早上不吃早餐，入住當天早上9:00 希望把第二天早餐今天吃了，也被堅決拒絕，讓我們一個人付款了45 巴西貨幣吃了十幾分鐘的早餐。
最後一天離開，希望延時退房下午2:00，又被拒絕了，説必須12:00 退房。問經理延時退房怎麼收費，他開價延時退房到下午6:00，付款157 巴西幣，這個價格是哪天攜程一天含早餐的房費。
住的很傷心，態度差是主要原因。

A localização do hotel é muito boa, pois fica próximo à estação Japão/Liberdade, em uma rua bem iluminada e tranquila.
O atendimento do pessoal é muito bom, são atenciosos, corteses e muito educados.
O café da manhã é normal, porém, como hotel na localidade, possui Gohan, missoshiro e chá verde pela manhã.
O restaurante do hotel é MUITO bom! Vale a pena comer lá. No almoço possuem sistema de self service e no jantar a la carte.
Ficaria outras vezes por esses motivos.
Só acho que poderiam melhorar na limpeza mais fina do quarto.
