O atendimento pelo recepcionista foi de muito mal tom. Eu tinha confundindo a data. A reserva era para o dia seguinte. Chegaram a conversar mostrando na tela um para a outra. Pé eram um homem e uma mulher e não comentaram nada comigo. Me senti realmente mal com aquilo e procurei outro hotel. No dia seguinte foi creditado em meu cartão a estadia que estava iniciando. Usaram de má fé no mínimo. Inacreditável . Me senti muito mal….. o café da manhã eu adorava e o restaurante tbm…. Mas a recepção definitivamente má fé e descaso.

O querto apresentava um barulho muito alto da caixa dos disjuntores e apos acionar a descarga da privada ficava ainda um bom tempo com barulho de enchimento da caixa da agua.Reclamei desses problemas os quais nao foram resolvidos.Banheiro muito apertado

Zimmerreinigung, Zimmer,Ausstattung und Frühstück ausgezeichnet. Pool leider unsauber. Beim Checkout habe ich schriftlich ein Angebot erbeten. Wurde leider nicht bearbeitet. Deshalb habe ich erneut über ******* gebucht. Das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen.
