Gostamos de tudo. Sobretudo do tamanho do apartamento, 2 banheiros e cozinha com todos os utensilios necessarios. A localizacao é otima, a 4 quarteirões do shopping Patio Paulista e o Pao de Acucar a 2 quadras, restaurantes próximos e vizinhanca agradavel. Atendimento muito amigavel, pessoas solicitas, tudo muito bom!

Esse hotel é ótimo. É estilo flat, tem dois quartos, 2 banheiros, sala, cozinha e varanda. Maravilhoso pra ir com criança, pois tem geladeira, fogão, máquina lava e seca. O café da manhã é bom. Todos os funcionários muito simpáticos e solícitos. Localização maravilhosa (bons restaurantes no bairro e perto de shoppings como o Ibirapuera shopping). Certamente voltarei qd for pra SP.

Tudo otimo, com exceção do cheiro de cigarro no quarto. Sabemos q a culpa é do hospede anterior mas é a segunda vez q se hospedamos la e se repetiu o problema.

O apartamento que ficamos foi um flat com cozinha, uma sala, um quarto, banheiro social, uma varanda aconchegante e uma suíte com banheira de hidromassagem.
Fica perto da Paulista e do Parque Ibirapuera. Tem tudo perto. O atendimento é excepcional. Amei.

We really enjoyed our stay overall. The apar**ents were very big and included a washer, full kitchen, two bathrooms, and two bedrooms. There is a nice cafe across the street and other food sources within a short walk. The breakfast at the hotel was ok. The staff was excellent, especially Carlos. They were extremely friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, parts of the city lost power for three days during our stay and this impacted the hotel as there was no power in our rooms for these days. We were very surprised that the hotel did not provide any compensation, even a small compensation, for this loss. They stated that they did not need to because of their reservation policies. I think this was a poor management decision in relation to customer service, but not at all the fault of the employees at the hotel. As mentioned, they were excellent.
