The hotel is good, but the room is not worthy of a 5-star hotel. However, I would come back again and again.

This hotel can't live up to the Grand Mercure brand. The rooms are average and the check-in speed is slow. It doesn't have its own gym. It says it shares it with the Pullman next door.

The girl who makes tapioca/waffle/omelet for breakfast is a sweetheart! The guy who was in the cafe coordinating too, very friendly and helpful.

Long and terrible check-in, they couldn't find the Tripp reservation confirmation and I asked for the reservation in the Trip app, an apar**ent adapted for my 83-year-old aunt with comorbidities, I didn't have the request either, we had to show the voucher several times, only after I find the receipt in the app is that they confirmed it!

O atendimento é incrível! O Sr. Lúcio é um verdadeiro cavalheiro, acolhedor e prestativo. Ele saiu do restaurante para nos ajudar a estacionar e acompanhou toda a nossa estadia com muito carinho e atenção. Dona Neide é fenomenal, sua comida é como a de uma avó.
