O quarto resevado nao estava disponível, demora na entrega dos roupoes e no restaurante. Hotel relativamente antigo e poucas comodidades pelo preço.

Very good hotel, kind staff and great location.
The disappointment was with Trip.com that sells a “lottery option” for the type of accommodation saying that it can be twin or king size bed to be decided by the hotel upon arrival. This isn’t correct. Obviously the hotel will give the cheaper option and the twin bed. Completely misleading by trip.com and/or by the agreement made with the hotel. Either way, an unnecessary stress after an intercontinental flight of more than 12h, tired and hoping to rest, though we had to go through the embarrassment and lengthier check-in process.

Hotel and its surroundings were clean and welcoming, daily housekeeping was a surprise and most appreciated. The inclusion of 'bed and breakfast' was nice as the buffet included comfort foods, but also local cuisine and the fresh juices and fruits were a plus!

Um pesadelo de hotel Já me hospedei nesse hotel inúmeras vezes.Todas ela tive problemas. No último dia 16/04/2024,meu marido fez uma reserva,para uma nova chance.Cheguei no hotel a noite e,como a reserva estava no nome dele,pasmem,não deixaram eu entrar.Exigiram uma autorização por e-mail e, não podia ser encaminhado e sim, o mesmo da reserva. Como se não bastasse,após essa batalha, ao chegar no quarto, o ar condicionado só funcionava até 22 graus Foi uma péssima ideia dar mais uma chance. Um atendimento horroroso. Nunca mais.
