SAO PAULO TATUAPE AFFILIATED BY MELIA

This is my second time staying here. I stayed here last year and it was pretty good. After comparing a lot of places, I ended up staying at this one. The transportation is very convenient and the room is very clean.

The hotel description says there are windows, but in fact the windows cannot be opened, and there is no window in the toilet. The whole room has a smell, the air is very bad, and the air conditioner is very noisy.

Good choice, safe neighborhood

Quiet, convenient, recommended to stay

The bed is really small, it feels like you can fall off it as soon as you turn over. The breakfast in the hotel mostly consists of bread and fruits, and the watermelon is neither sweet nor delicious. You can't order omelette or fried eggs, as they will warm your mouth.

The environment and service are great

The stay was wonderful, very comfortable, clean and organized place.

Bon hôtel dans l'ensemble, néanmoins un peu bruyant, nous entendons la musique du restaurant au 9 ième étage. Les chambres sont propres, la literie un peu dur pour mon gout personnel mais bon correct. Le WiFi est un peu lent et ne permet pas de téléchargé dans de bonnes conditions. A mon plus grand regret pas de servie LUNDRY en interne. Il est proposé par un prestataire et c'est vous qui géré le tout. Dommage. Sinon bon emplacement et ensemble correct.

ADVIERTO A TODOS LOS FUTUROS HUÉSPEDES QUE NO SE DEJEN ROBAR EL DINERO. ESTO ES UN ROBO A MANO ARMADA. UNA VERGÜENZA ABSOLUTA QUE UN HOTEL CON TAN BUENAS INSTALACIONES Y SEA APADRINADO POR LA PRESTIGIOSA CADENA MELIA SE APROVECHE DE LA GENTE DE ESTE MODO. Actualmente estamos alojadas en el hotel en la habitación 607. Somos 2 mujeres que vinimos a Sao Paulo a una Exposición por 10 días. Por practicidad y para no andar solas de noche por ahí decidimos escoger el sistema de media pensión (desayuno y almuerzo o cena). Acabamos de terminar de comer un miserable plato de sopa que era lo único que había hoy en el menú de la cena. No había nada de entrada y el plato único principal era la sopa. Como se los dije personalmente a todos los empleados y se hacen los tontos o que no entienden hago un descargo público por esta vía. El desayuno bien pero la cena......INEXISTENTE. El menú es repetitivo y diminuto. Todas las noches incluye 1 entrada (ensalada o papas fritas) + 3 platas con pollo, 1 plato de pastas o pizza. Veníamos tratando de variar dentro de la no variedad que hay pero lo de hoy es INACEPTABLE, VERGONZOSO, UNA BURLA LITERAL Y DESINTERES POR EL PRÓJIMO. Fuimos a cenar y nos dijeron que no había más que sopa. No había nada de entrada ni tampoco ninguna de las 5 opciones del escaso menú nocturno. Además nos dijeron, se quieren repetir pueden hacerlo la cantidad de veces que quieran. Más allá del abuso y destrato recibido tuvimos que tomar igualmente la sopa porque estábamos con hambre y no nos íbamos a ir a dormir sin comer. A PESAR DE INSISTIR Y SOLICITAR OTRO PLATO DISTINTO DE COMIDA NUESTRO RECLAMO FUE EN VANO. POR ESTE MOTIVO QUIERO ELERTAR A TODOS LOS FUTUROS HUÉSPEDES QUE VENGAN A ESTE HOTEL 3* QUE PRESTA SERVICIO PEOR QUE UN HOSTEL Y TE COBRAN POR UNA CENA QUE NO TE DAN Y SE TE RIEN EN LA CARA. SON UNOS ESTAFADORES!!!
