Foi minha primeira experiência com um hostel e confesso que me decepcionei. A começar pelo atendimento, existem várias pessoas na equipe e como o foco parece ser receber estrangeiros, fomos deixados um pouco de lado por parte da equipe. Faltam alguns confortos como toalhas, banho sem temporizador, frigobar no quarto privativo que seriam justificados se o preço fosse realmente em conta, mas existem opções de hotéis mais em conta. Para quem viaja sozinho pode ser uma boa opção, mas para viagem em família ou se você prefere mais privacidade não recomendo (nem mesmo a suíte privativa). A vizinhança é muito boa e muito perto do metrô

A friend and I were prevented from using our daily rate, previously paid at the time of booking, because upon arriving at the hostel we were informed that we could only stay for one day, due to the change of plans in the initial itinerary, where we booked for two days. The receptionist didn't let us sleep in the accommodation, as he said we were forced to pay for the second night if we wanted to spend the night at the hostel. It was not explicit in the cancellation policy, so much so that he commented that at another time he could even release it, but on that specific weekend there would be no conversation, we could only enjoy the paid night if we paid for the second one too, even without using it. We were not welcomed, we were expelled even though our daily rate had been paid.

Average hostel, close to the others I stayed in, leaves a lot to be desired in terms of all the items. Very amateurish. I don't recommend it. Mattress with plastic cover, just like the ones you use to stop children from wetting the bed. Room doesn't get dark. Broken toilet seat. I didn't have the courage to take a shower. Bathroom accordion door. It looks like an adapted house. Strange. I didn't feel good. I found it amateurish.
