Well located hotel and attentive staff!

The location is very good. The most prosperous business and financial street is right outside the door. Important events such as the annual carnival and marathon are held on this street. The day we arrived coincided with their Halloween🎃 holiday. Cars are not allowed on the street. You have to go there Stalls can be reopened to traffic only after the stalls are closed in the afternoon, leaving a safe space for people to entertain and trade. Almost all companies are closed for the holidays. Only shopping malls, restaurants and hotels are open. The streets are full of people. There is a band twenty or thirty meters away, and the music is loud. , surrounded by a bunch of people, some of them were following a group of people twisting their waists and swiveling their hips, looking very happy. There were street stalls and carts all the way. It is said that seven or eight stalls a month can feed a family. There is no urban management, no taxes, and the poor happy life. The hotel is very clean and quiet. The only drawback is that the facilities are old and some places are not as good as the guest houses in the early stages of reform in China. The competition among domestic city hotels is so fierce, why doesn't anyone come here to develop?

Atraso na entrega no quarto; falta de cordialidade da recepção; quarto sujo com migalhas de pão na mesa e pia do banheiro com sujeira de nariz; café da manhã péssimo, muito aquém ao padrão da rede Accor; filas imensas para atendimento, inclusive para retirar a mala após o checkout; falta total de organização da recepção com vários outros hóspedes também insatisfeitos e reclamando. Não volto nunca mais e não recomendo para ninguém.

Segunda vez que me hospedo na unidade Íbis São Paulo Paulista, e é uma opção segura toda vez. Já sabemos o que esperar, e não nos decepcionamos. Dessa vez foi ainda melhor, pois meu status gold foi observado pelo staff antes da estadia, que fez valer com alguns mimos no quarto. Eu e minha esposa adoramos. No mais, é um hotel extremamente bem localizado, com quartos não muito grandes, mas confortáveis, bons chuveiros e café da manhã satisfatório. Voltaremos outras vezes!

O lugar é incrível. Atendimento ótimo, arrumação perfeita. Pessoal muito gentil. Volto sempre. O local é perfeito.
