When checking in, we were told there would be 2 free bottles of mineral water daily, but later they said it was only for the check-in day. Other than that, everything else was good. There are plenty of food options nearby, the transportation is convenient, and the breakfast was quite decent.

Absolutely loved this hotel. Both the service, the room, everything. The beds and pillows are incredibly comfortable. I would definitely consider staying here again, location is convenient too. It's always easier to get uber in Sao Paulo and get around.

This hotel is pretty standard. The room is indeed on the small side, as other guests have mentioned. However, its convenient location made for a comfortable stay.

The location is good, but the room is a bit small and the beds are quite narrow. I stayed in a twin room, and the beds were probably less than a meter wide. I often felt like I was going to fall off while sleeping.

I always stay at this hotel every time I come to São Paulo, but I won't be returning. Adriano at the front desk had a terrible attitude.

It's decent. Just make sure your booking is finalized before committing, as they generally have a no-refund, no-exchange policy.

This hotel is in a good location at one end of Ave Paulista. Walking distance to Subway station and high-end mall. The small rooms might be a problem for very tall or wide people. Super friendly front desk people. Good breakfast

Great location, clean, but the room was a bit small.

Accomodations are too cramped. You are either a Hobbit or or feel claustrofobic. Person taller than 5 feet should not allowed. Extremely probable that guest will suffer head injuries. Tryp Paraiso shoul be classified as economy or lower class of hotel. Even the front desk is minute and only two staff members fit in that space. Restaurante is operated by a bar. There is no lounge or other ammenities. Breakfast is as basic as possible. An economy class hotel by the price of a standard hotel. Worse than all of this is the fact that overnight parking cost you additional 15% of the daily rate. Outrageous.
