A qualidade do serviço de atendimento: Tive algumas dificuldades para conseguir o contato correto, mas após conseguir fluiu 200%
Instalações: O prédio é bem tecnológico, porém o colchão deixou bastante a desejar.
Comida oferecida: Não tinha nada, só 2 capsulas de café.

Got locked outside twice. Charlie’s customer service took minimum 45 minutes to return. Apartment got flooded during a storm, due to water over flowing out of pipes. Had to clean the water by myself, because Charlie customer service has no one available until next day to do the service.
Woke up in the morning and found the door open, and no one from Charlie hold responsible for all the inconveniences. AC unit was not working properly. Horrible experience!!!!
Perfect example, of poor automated customer service!!!
I’ll definitely choose only Hotels with regular human presence customer service!

Pessima escolha. O pessoal nao tem a menor atenção com o hospede, total falta de elegancia e cortesia. Nao aparece ninguem para resolver nada, o tratamento e apenas pelo Whatsapp e a demora para responder é enorme. O grupo tem mais de cinco unidades em Sao Paulo e tem uma pessoa para atender todos os hospedes. Ninguem fica atento. NAO RESOLVEM NADA. Alem de voce alugar um tipo de apartamento e lhe darem outro, muito menor e em estado deploravel de limpeza. Fomos obrigados a deixar o hotel no dia seguinte.

A internet na TV nao funcionava, solicitaram a equipe para verificar o que estava acontecendo mas ninguem veio nos ajudar, entao basicamente ficamos sem internet. mas de resto foi tudo perfeito, quarto confortavel, agradavel e tudo muito bem atualizado

The outdoor lock was lacking a keypad and the facial recognition wasn’t working… their customer service is the worse! I was there 8 night and going in the property was a nightmare EVERY time. There is no one physically there and it took me about 20 min to enter the property EVERY time for the 8 days… a nightmare

Muito bem localizado, apartamento bacana, banheiro bem pequeno, porém chuveiro quente e bem forte. Não possui ducha higiênica 😔. O isolamento térmico não é dos melhores, quarto bem frio no inverno. Mas valeu demais, curti!
