Fantastic front desk, helped us with local doctor and got us the medicine we needed. Pool is large, room was sumptuous, room service quick and efficient, dining room personnel very friendly and solicitous. I feel strongly this is the best hotel in Sao Paolo, and the only negative is endless car rides to get anywhere during the regular work week.

Excellent place to celebrate couple's events. very attentive service, perfect room, spectacular mattress and breakfast among the best I've ever seen in my life.

I bought a promise (experience) and it was delivered totally another.
We are very dissatisfied with what happened...at the time of check-in, we were informed that the Valentine's Day dinner had changed and that ONLY THOSE WHO PURCHASED THE DINNER PACKAGE (R$ 3,500) could have dinner at the restaurants.
Not only were we disappointed, so were several couples.
This was TOTALLY discriminatory actually....we could sue them for that reason.
The couples were all forced (including us) to have dinner inside the room...it was super boring and embarrassing.
This is entirely outside of consumer code. We will be forced to buy dinner at that price or you cannot eat inside the restaurant. AN ABSURD.

Nice place, but staff are ok. Stayed for a night and woke up to a letter asking to come to the front desk as the pre-authorization value was under what I had spent, even though was checking out that day. Extremely inappropriate considering I had already paid for the hotel and left a pre-authorized value on my card. Seems like they have people that don’t end up paying for what was consumed at the hotel.
And had extra charges to my room that weren’t mine. Close to US$200 that I had to ask them to remove from my room.
Wouldn’t expect this from a 5-star hotel.
Not returning.

O atendimento é impecável do início ao fim Um verdadeiro Oásis dentro da Cidade de São Paulo . Não tenho palavras para descrever é o melhor hotel que já me Hospedei em toda minha vida . Vc é recebido com uma Taça de champanhe o café da manhã é sensacional o restaurante é gigante . Apenas comida de qualidade.
