Absolute disregard and disrespect for guests. It took me over an hour to check in, and I saw it happen to about 5 other guests while I was there, as the rooms weren't ready, despite the time. I was accommodated in a lower room, which was the only option, and the shower didn't have hot water, which led us to need to change rooms again, to an even lower one. Despite having insisted, they didn't give me any type of compensation and still marked the reservation as the show on Booking. Completely unprepared reception, as they were new employees, and had no autonomy to resolve problems or any supervision available (on a Saturday afternoon). I could write a much longer text detailing the inconveniences, as they were countless. I don't recommend it to anyone.

Diferente da propaganda o hotel fica em uma péssima localização, lugar extremamente perigoso e deserto. Passei uma noite e no dia seguinte as 7 hs da manha ja estava fazendo o checkout. O booking fez o cancelamento imediato e o hotel esta a 3 dias se recusando a efetuar o estorno do cartao de credito. Estou a 3 dias falando com a recepcionista Fabiola, que se recusa a dar o nome da pessoa do financeiro que poderia resolver esta situação. O que ela relatou é que a pessoa não tem horario de trabalho e que a solução é ficar ligando ate conseguir. Estou revoltada! Pensem bem antes de se hospedar lá.

Pior hotel que já fiquei. foi desastroso. não recomendo em hipótese alguma - Sistema estava fora do ar no momento em que chegamos, e tinha 3 pessoas na nossa frente para realizar o check in. Ficamos de meia a uma hora esperando pra conseguir nosso quarto. sentimos muita pena do funcionário que estava sozinho sem nenhum apoio, tendo que se virar nos 30. Deviam ter mandado reforços porque atrás da gente ainda tinha pessoas esperando pelo check in - Quando finalmente conseguimos um quarto, ele estava sujo e aparentemente ocupado. tivemos que esperar mais 10 minutos para conseguir um limpo. Não deixaram nenhuma chave conosco, meu noivo teve que descer novamente pra buscar uma chave e eu fiquei no escuro. - Ficamos sem chave durante nossas duas diárias, o cartão que nos deram não abria o quarto e toda vez tínhamos que pedir na recepção para alguém abrir pra gente, pq não conseguiram magnetizar nosso cartão nas 48h que ficamos lá. - No Buffet de café da manhã, não tinha PRATOS. nem copos, nem talheres, nem mesas limpas. tivemos que ficar esperando por tudo - liberava a mesa, mas não tinha prato, quando chegou prato, não tinha copo… No segundo dia nem quis descer, pois não ia valer a pena a dor de cabeça. - Não tem plaquinha de Não Perturbe, ou pelo menos não nos deram. Estávamos com fuso horário trocado e se não tivéssemos girado a tranca do quarto, a camareira teria entrado com nos na cama dormindo. - Wi-Fi sem nenhuma instrução, não conseguimos utilizar. - Fim da estadia me pediram o comprovante de pagamento… oi??? Isso é responsabilidade de vocês… mostrei a fatura do meu cartão, mas se não tivesse a segunda via iam fazer o que? - Funcionários são bons mas a gerência do hotel é péssima. Vcs não tem estrutura para atender capacidade máxima e não recomendo esse hotel a ninguém.

Me hospedei por conta da APAS com reserva do quarto duplo com 2 camas de solteiro, ao chegar no hotel, a recepcionista estava enrolada porque tinham feito mais reservas que quartos e com isso me colocaram no quarto com uma cama de solteiro com a promessa de mudar no dia seguinte. Eu disse que não precisava pois estava sozinha, desde q me dessem 2 travesseiros pois não consigo dormir só com 1 e um cobertor pois foi a semana mais fria desde 1990 e só tinha uma colcha no meu quarto. A recepcionista Fabíola disse q após as 16h não poderia levar nada pq as camareiras tinham ido embora mas que ela levaria as 22h se eu tivesse acordada. Esperei até as 23h e nada, nenhuma satisfação… Não dormi direito de noite, acordei diversas vezes com frio… No dia seguinte já era outra recepcionista e ela pediu a camareira q levasse pra mim quando fosse arrumar o quarto e assim foi feito. Tirando essa situação e o fato de só encontrar mesa limpa no café da manhã no último dia, o quarto é muito bom, chuveiro com ducha forte e quentinho, assim como na pia tb! A cama era confortável, espaço no armário, mesa pra notebook e refeição grande. A limpeza deixou um pouco a desejar, ficou resto de comida durante 2 dias na lixeira do quarto, as toalhas estavam manchadas, a sensação que eu tive é q só arrumavam a cama e tiravam o lixo do banheiro na maioria das vezes… O café da manhã apesar da questão da limpeza, entendo que além de estar mais cheio q o normal, estava faltando gente mas a variedade era muito boa e tudo muito gostoso! No site diz ter estacionamento mas o mesmo não está disponível pros hóspedes. Enfim a experiência foi mais positiva que negativa.
