I was sent to another, where I was well attended to and welcomed. In a below average room, by my standard, but it is attended to and directed. The day after staying, I was sent to the original location. Where there was not the same friendliness: room without bed linen, without menu or list of services, and even without telephone service, as the numbers dialed were not returned. The service provided, especially at the Vila Maria unit, is HORRIBLE. The one in Belém is better and more reciprocal.

Horrible hotel. Dirty, moldy rooms, with broken glass, very noisy. Breakfast has to be given 1 day in advance if you want it, but the hotel is so dirty that I didn't have the courage to have breakfast. A friend spent 3 days without electricity and no one solved anything!

My experience was not very good. At the entrance, they couldn't find my reservations and wanted to charge me for one of the rooms, even though everything had already been paid for. I expected it to have a garage, like in the photos, but it didn't and I had to pay for parking. Furthermore, the rooms were very dirty and the hotel was clearly an old motel, still being used for its purpose.
The hotel was also extremely noisy because it had drywall walls, and of course, the bathroom door, which had a window, was made of glass and lit up the entire room at dawn.
