Very satisfied with my stay at the Residenza Hotel for the second time, from the comfort of the room with a very good bed, bathroom and air. And especially the magnificent treatment of All hotel staff. The breakfast was very complete and rich. Thank you.

Local simples, mas com excelência na simpatia dos atendentes e funcionários. Ótima localização, perto do metrô, da Av. Paulista, de shopping, de opções para comer. Café da manhã simples, mas com o necessário e tudo muito bem feito. Higienização diária dos quartos e trocas de toalhas. Cabe uma reforma, troca de colchões e lençóis etc, mas nada disso desabonou a experiência. Nota 10!

A localização perfeita, os recepcionistas muito atenciosos, em especial o Khalil. Tudo bem organizado e limpo. Simples, mais aconchegante. Super indico e claro voltarei mais vezes. Quem quer tudo isso num lugar só e cheio oportunidades, não pode deixar de sr hospedar lá.
