Sao Paulo Hotels with Airport pickup service

We are in a combined room, two rooms with a couple bed and two single beds. Positive points: comfortable, spacious accommodation. It has shampoo and free conditioning and good shower. Breakfast with many options. Chocolate cup bonus to place in the cakes. Parking including with manufacturer and good location, near the Republic station. All educated and performing staff. We need to print a voucher and the reception staff were gentle and helped us promptly. In addition to the common areas, you only travel by your floor (to use the lift you need to have the card). Negative points: Surface cleaning in the room. My daughter used a hair thread on the floor of the room, and the hair was unclean; and I found hair thread on the floor as soon as I arrived; and the bed clothes are rough, old and yellow; and the hairs are bad. In the morning breakfast, they do not clean the tables as they are unoccupied; you sit down to drink coffee on the dirty table; I don't know if all rooms are like that, but in my windows were locked. That is good for those who are with children, but, on the other hand, it does not breathe.

I loved everything! nice and educated staff, well-variated breakfast, the architecture of the attractive location, the perfect room with views for the Farol Santander, the wonderful towels!! And the shower? ALL!! I hope to come back soon :)

For those who are looking for a hotel in the centre of SP, this may be an option, but don't leave to stay without prior reservation, the value of the balcony is extremely high. I recommend high, mainly because of the lift competition, delayed due to the high demand for staff in shopping on March 25 and Brás. Breakfast is much more or less. Careful walking around the region, it's dangerous, I always recommend Uber, taxi or any vehicle.

O hotel é muito bom. Consegui fazer um early check in por um preço muito bom. O pessoal do hotel são muito educados e atenciosos. Eu tive uma excelente estadia. Super recomendo. The rooms are not so much old and unspoken, everything works but under the standard.The cost benefits are mainly due to the location and the restaurant service that you offer.

First we arrived, and we saw 1 disgruntled guest because there was one person in their accommodation. I thought it would be something punctual, however when checking in they gave us room 1404 where upon entering there was 1 backpack and 1 jacket from another guest. So there was also 1 guest in our accommodation, we called 3 times and nothing was resolved, finally we went down to the reception to solve the case, because well after about 1 hour we finally managed to enter a room where there was no one, we also noticed the presence of feces in the hygienic shower something that we didn't even point out at the moment because we would only stay 1 day and we were already quite dissatisfied. The experience was not at all pleasant, given that the name ”Bourbon” is synonymous with quality and organization. Unfortunately we went through this poor and mediocre experience. It is quite possible that we will choose another hotel on our next trip to São Paulo.

The hotel is very well located, with first service. nice service and request. Rooms, bed, shower all very good. I just want to make two reservations. The first is the bathing clothes, which should be reviewed because some are already spent. The second is on consumption within the HTL (bar and rooms ) the order does not contain the price of the orders and you must sign. The prices would avoid problems. Nothing deserves the hotel. It is a quiet hotel where you have your place to relax after a working day. The rooms are comfortable and very complete breakfast. This nearby supermarkets and restaurant. It has free transfer to the airport and is very timely. It is very close to the Congonese airport.

I used the property for an overnight stay, after a long, almost endless, intercontinental flight, before flying back home. Close to Sao Paulo Guarulhos Int'l airport, the place has proven to be an excellent choice for travelers in a need of an overnight stay no far away from the airport. About 15 minutes drive from Guarulhos, the hotel is located in a quite neighborhood and offers very comfortable and absolutely clean room and shower, a great king bed, AC, flat TV, room service, free wifi, and a variety of amenities, like stocked mini fridge, coffee and tea machines and more. Additionally it offers an excellent breakfast buffet and count on a friendly, attentive and courteous staff. In this respect I am glad to recognize the OUTSTANDING SERVICE received during my short and pleasant stay from the front-desk employee Mr. Guilherme Santos, whom provided me a fast and extremely courteous check-in close to midnight, and the front-desk manager Mr. Gonzalo Iozzo, for managing so friendly and promptly my request for a free late check-out at my departure date. Based on my comfortable and pleasant experience, I recommend the place with NO OBJECTIONS!
