Hotels in Zona Norte, Sao Paulo

I used the property for an overnight stay, after a long, almost endless, intercontinental flight, before flying back home. Close to Sao Paulo Guarulhos Int'l airport, the place has proven to be an excellent choice for travelers in a need of an overnight stay no far away from the airport. About 15 minutes drive from Guarulhos, the hotel is located in a quite neighborhood and offers very comfortable and absolutely clean room and shower, a great king bed, AC, flat TV, room service, free wifi, and a variety of amenities, like stocked mini fridge, coffee and tea machines and more. Additionally it offers an excellent breakfast buffet and count on a friendly, attentive and courteous staff. In this respect I am glad to recognize the OUTSTANDING SERVICE received during my short and pleasant stay from the front-desk employee Mr. Guilherme Santos, whom provided me a fast and extremely courteous check-in close to midnight, and the front-desk manager Mr. Gonzalo Iozzo, for managing so friendly and promptly my request for a free late check-out at my departure date. Based on my comfortable and pleasant experience, I recommend the place with NO OBJECTIONS!

The hotel is worthwhile of the proximity with the North Expocenter (which is why we are looking for) and the disconnection of guests outside Sao Paulo (we are from RJ) to attract the so-called cost-benefit. The room was not separated by the room and the bathroom. There are two rooms without doors. If you're in the room, you'll see someone sitting in the private room! (I'd just laugh - I'd be funny if it wasn't tragic)! In a cold August there was no cover, but a fine coat. When we asked another one, we received the answer: it's over ....🥲 Breakfast serves MARGARINA! I don't remember I went to a hotel without butter. It's a minimum for a pack. Summary: I couldn't return! Observation: I didn't have the courage to take a photo, but I regretted, so I would have believed!

Fiquei hospedado e não lembrei de avaliar, por isso estou fazendo isso agora.. Bom primeiro queria agradecer o pessoal do turno da manhã os recepcionistas da manhã são show de bola nada a reclamar deles super atenciosos, ao pedir café fui atendido super bem.. a moça que foi entregar meu café super simpática, o único problema está na moça que fica no turno da madrugada não sei o que acontece, na primeira noite fiz um pedido que demorou mais de 1 hora para ser entregue, pedi toalhas as quais não foram entregues, na segunda noite ao atender o telefone a mesma foi ignorante e grossa, perguntei se poderia me servir junto com o pedido um copo com gelo a mesma falou que não, informei que iria pagar ela falou que só serviria o balde por 11 reais o que eu acho absurdo, só queria um copo para tomar uma bebida que tinha ganhado no evento a qual estava a trabalho, na terceira noite iria sair, e como já estava com a toalha usava e molhada pedi novamente para trocar o que demorou muito, acabei usando a toalha suja mesmo, na última noite, cheguei por volta das 1 da madrugada fiquei uns 10 minutos esperando a mesma abrir o portão, cheguei para pegar a chave a mesma pediu para que eu esperasse por que o sistema dela estava lento, fiquei 5 minutos esperando ela ver não sei o que para me dar a chave... Tomei banho para sair,um pouco mais tarde quando desci não tinha ninguém na recepção, e tinha gente esperando para entrar, fiquei esperando para poder sair por que o portão está a fechado, é só consegui sair por que um senhor que foi procurar ela... Na hora de abrir o portão a mesma estava com cara de sono como se tivesse acordado momentos antes.. ao fazer o check out outras pessoas reclamaram dela, falaram que tiraram foto da mesma dormindo, que a mesma maltratou.. o hotel em si é ótimo não tenho dó que reclamar, acomodações ótimas, hotel silencioso parecendo que não tinha nenhuma outra pessoa hospedada, os funcionários da manhã/tarde educados(as) atenciosos.. mas o que estragou minha experiência foi essa moça do turno da noite, me lembrei de postar essa avaliação por conta de estar em São Paulo essa semana, e ao procurar hotel me deparei com o ômega mas corri dele por conta dessa experiência..

#Praise#The cleanliness of the wall, the cleanliness of the public space, and the service are satisfactory; we live here during the exhibition, compared with the domestic? The hotel here is not cost-effective for breakfast. It is the same every day. We Asians can only eat eggs and milk. Others are not used to eating. There are many restaurants nearby, but the restaurant is not open every day, although Google Maps says it is open every day.  It is very close to the location of the exhibition hall, and then the room hygiene and the hotel staff service attitude can also be at the front desk, not everyone can speak English one or two will speak better English.

I first booked this reservation for 3 days, just to attend the Anime Friends event near there. But I changed my plan and stayed for one week, so I could visit some parents and attend the São Paulo soccer team game. I will divide my opinions into topics. The staff: Was very kind and helped me with all my requests. I just felt the staff in the restaurant was overloaded with breakfast and dinner time. The cleaning staff did a great job, they cleaned my room every day. The menu/food: Simple. They don't have a lot of options on the menu for the launch and dinner time. For breakfast, I think it could have more options, like Brazilian savories (coxinha, pão de queijo, pasteis). The room: Loved it. It's big and beautiful. It has light switches and power plugs all over the place, it'd be great if they have 220v in the power plugs, but luckily my equipment has dual voltage. The bed is very comfortable. The shower in the bathroom is great, too! But could have a soap there. Location: This is one of the best locations you can have in São Paulo. Near the Portuguesa-Tietê metro station, which you access from there almost every place in the city, 30-40 minutes by car from the airport and 10 minutes by car from a mall. My only bad experience was in one night due to a little ”party” that the room next to mine was throwing. They were talking loudly and punched the wall sometimes, was a pain to sleep that night. Overall, is a great place to stay. I sure want to come back more times in the future.

In an older hotel, there was no hot water in the faucet in the room, the hair dryer was broken, the toilet was broken, and the air conditioner panel was a bit broken after changing the room the next day but it was usable. It is relatively close to the exhibition center. It takes about ten minutes to walk. It is convenient to eat and shop. Opposite is Carrefour and a shopping center.

I stayed in more than 10 different IHG's Holiday Inn and InterContinental units worldwide, most of the time on business. I have never seen such top top quality in terms of hotel management and service like what I witnessed at Holiday Inn Anhembi, Sao Paulo (maybe the biggest unit of the brand in the world). 1. quality of service; 2. quality of gym; 3. taste of food; 4. silence; 5. quality of aircon; 6. positive attitude of all employees. Very good indeed. Congratulations for the performance!! It is for sure a 5-star management.
