Não percebo as quatro estrelas, é um hotel de três estrelas e não é dos melhores. A piscina, sauna e massagens, são uma oferta completamente separada da experiência no hotel, pelo preço pedido acho que compensa mais ir às termas. Hotel muito abandonado, o bar sempre com luzes apagadas nada convidativo, o espaço de jogos parecia de um café da esquina é ridículo pedirem aluguer por um serviço tão mau, squash interdito pois chovia lá dentro, o minigolfe são duas pequenas pistas que se fazem em 5 minutos. Os quartos não são nada de especial, e apesar dos poucos hóspedes deram-nos um quarto com bolor no teto. O pequeno almoço é razoável para um hotel que praticamente estava vazio, os empregados são o único ponto positivo, super simpáticos e disponíveis. O ginásio é pequeno e tem demasiadas máquinas todas em cima umas das outras. A reserva on-line não permite o cancelamento. E para os mais distraídos atenção pois o quarto não dá direito ao acesso à piscina interior, têm que pagar mais. Péssima experiência a não repetir.

Num evento com mais de 100 pessoas pouco tenho apontar. Os quartos são simples mas têm o essencial. A insonorização é razoável. O buffet ao jantar tem variedade. Os únicos aspectos negativos foram ter acabado as bebidas no bar e tinham anunciado música ao vivo que acabou por não acontecer. Tem estacionamento e fica muito perto do centro.

Booked at this hotel mainly for the spa facilities. The water in the indoor pool and the jacuzzi could be warmer. Parking can be tight. The road to get there is quite narrow.

O alojamento em si, bem como serviços como o restaurante (com jantares excelentes) são efectivamente muito bons e sem grandes reparos. O ponto menos positivo é o "circuito de spa", estamos a falar de sauna, banho turco, jacuzzi e piscina, para o qual temos que fazer reserva antecipada, e proceder a uma logística de levantar roupão e toalha e ao quarto trocar de roupa e voltar. O preço/reserva é para um período de 90 min, sendo que raramente é usado na totalidade.

Este ano resolvemos passar o Natal no Hotel do Parque, e foi uma excelente escolha. Desde a simpatia no atendimento às refeições que nos proporcionaram na noite de consoada e no almoço de Natal. Nesta altura do ano em que está mais frio, o circuito spa do hotel sabe ainda melhor. Sem dúvida que iremos voltar noutra ocasião.

This hotel has thought of everything! The outside pool with a little snack/bar and small pool too, a spa with a water circuit that is just magnifiscent, amazing gym, lovely food, comfortable rools with balconies, ample parking, great conference spaces, and even a business center with a computer!!
