Although the hotel's location in the city center is good, access and parking are difficult for this reason. Otherwise, the hotel is good and has very affordable prices. I recommend it.

Hotel in the city center. A little shabby, but good for one night. We were by car, when we arrived there were no free parking spaces, we had to park on the street for a fee. We got a room with a stunning view of the fortress and the city.

Excellent location and room size. Everything was clean and service at the hotel was friendly and efficient.
Amenities were very good but such a good hotel deserved another level of bath and shower products. Great to have a coffee machine and kettle at the room. Great balcony.

The receptionist at the Hotel Stay Torres Vedras called me at one in the morning to my room, !!to find out if I was at the hotel and which agency I had made the reservation with!! According to him, the colleague from the previous shift would not have informed him correctly!
I asked if I didn't think I should have woken up the colleague to come clean instead of the customer.
No reply!
As I had to get up at six in the morning to go to work, between the shock and irritation, I couldn't rest!!
I don't think this could ever happen.
Send an email to **************************, looking for some explanation, no response so far!
What looked like an episode of ineptitude of an employee, is after all the brand of the house!
