Fiquei extremamente chateado pois fiz reserva para dois adultos (minha esposa e eu) e também para meu filho de 12 anos. Chegando no hotel me cobraram 300,00 reais a mais pelo meu filho, sendo que informei sobre ele na reserva pelo TRIP e paguei pela hospedagem dele. Me senti enganado.

Hotel espetacular. Bem localizado, Atendimento excelente, desde a recepção até atendimento de praia. . Quartos novos e tudo sempre muito limpo. Ótimo para casais com ou sem filhos! Café da manhã delicioso! Sem duvida, a melhor opção do litoral norte.

Excelente resort para curtir momentos de lazer com a família. Ótimas instalação com acessibilidade para cadeira de rodas. Possui rampas, banheiros adaptados e cadeira anfíbia para acesso à areia e ao mar. Totalmente recomendado!!!!!!

Hotel muito bom e confortável, a única coisa ruim é que para acessar as dependências do hotel para quem fica hospedado no prédio anexo precisa passar pela rua escura e pegar um extenso corredor também escuro, me senti totalmente insegura por ter que sair na rua para acessar as dependências do hotel

Quarto ótimo , novo ficamos no prédio anexo , café da manhã fraco , pouca opções , 2 máquinas de café expresso ambas quebrada , pelo valor cobrado e por ser considerado um resort deveria ter mais cuidado com isso sobre a estrutura de laser achei velha e com falta de cuidados e manutenção.

O hotel é muito bem localizado. Os quartos precisam de algumas manutenções pontuais. Mas são espaçosos e confortáveis. Ar condicionado funciona bem nos quartos. Mas na sala, o ventilador de teto não consegue amenizar o calor. Os travesseiros precisam ser trocados. Estão duros e desconfortáveis. Parece que dormimos sobre uma pedra! Nos aptos. com cozinha não tem panelas para cozinhar! Os espaços comuns são simples, mas funcionais. O salão de jogos precisa de uma repaginada. O café da manhã muito simples, considerado o valor da diária. A piscina precisa de manutenção. Wifi não funcionou para streaming. TV a cabo com poucas opções, mas suficientes. Local muito agradável. Equipe prestativa, porém pouco eficiente. Este hotel já foi melhor. Precisa investir mais para voltar a ser 4 estrelas. Mas nunca foi um resort… só no nome. Atualmente, os valores da diária não compensam para o que o hotel está oferecendo.
