Multiple issues on first day at this hotel. Arrived at 1430, told room would not be ready until 1500. Went and ate lunch, came back at 1600 gave us key cards and room number, told us sorry no one can help carry luggage or show us to the room because it's "low season". The TV/internet broken and unable to fix, they made us give them 10 euros as a down payment for umbrella. We have asked to speak to a manager for assistance, they told us they would leave a note and are hoping to speak to one in the morning.
