Senhorio simpático e apartamento acolhedor. No entanto não nos responderam em relação ao ar condicionado e não o conseguimos fazer funcionar. O apartamento é frio por dentro. Outro aspeto a melhorar foi o horário de chegada da senhora da limpeza. O check out era até às 11 e ainda estávamos na casa às 10:40, que foi quando a senhora chegou e entrou na casa, connosco ainda dentro. O colchão é um pouco duro

The issues from past reviews have been resolved. The check in was easy, tge AC worked and the beds were comfy. The view from the balcony were great.

Try calling contact persons a day before I arrived and was not able to reach them . I even emailed them no response. When I arrived no one was around. I was in panic mode! I called ******* but no response. I finally went thru some reviews comments which were on ******* list and discovered that other people had similar problems with this rental. Fortunately I was able to get a new cellphone number which was listed by another person who had called them with the same issues. So I took down the number and called them. They acted as if nothing was wrong and said they would be right over. A 30 minute wait! Very frustrating not knowing what to do. ******* you need to read the reviewers comments in order to avoid these types of problems.

A very comfortable place and good for the price. The only problem was that I couldn’t get the air conditioning to turn on … fortunately the weather was ok and I got by with opening the windows.

No air con. Toilet seat was very wobbly. No reply to email on air con. Felt like they just wanted you to pay and check in and out only

Had to wait 20 minutes to get checked in (no pre communication as to how to open the front door). Really uncomfortable beds and linens.
