Superbe hôtel avec vue magnifique sur l'Ocean. Établissement calme, bien situé. Excellent service, personnel très avenant, la palme revenant au service bar et restauration, mention excellent à Juan, Tiago et Stefan. Bravo à toute l'équipe ! Nous reviendrons !

Beautiful, clean and modern hotel overlooking a lovely beach. Rooms are spacious, ours was a sea view and it was a lovely view to wake up to every morning, we also had views to Lagos town itself. We went all inclusive, the breakfast was good - buffet style as was the evening meal but some evenings the food wasn’t as warm as it could have been which was disappointing for a 5 star. We had lunch at the pool bar - which is a cafe style - the food was very good here. Pools were fabulous, with plenty of places to sit. Ubers very cheap to get into Lagos and we had some lovely evening meals here, we did a couple of excursions to take in the beautiful beaches and caves which I would highly recommend. Overall, I would highly recommend the hotel and the area - just perhaps not the evening meals unfortunately.

This was a solo holiday, after having surgery, in the most beautiful town of Lagos. It was my first experience of an Iberostar (all inclusive) and what a precedent it has created. From start to finish the experience exceeded my expectations - the service, spacious facilities, views, cleanliness, comfort of room and bed, wide range of food, spa, gym and all the pools were excellent. My room overlooked the sea, pool and terraces, but it was not intrusive - in fact, nice if you are on your own. There was never a problem getting a sun bed and umbrella and plenty of areas to choose from. For a big hotel it was surprisingly peaceful and all the staff are friendly and helpful. I used to walk daily either along the boardwalk or along the beach into Lagos, which was necessary after the lovely selection of food! Lagos marina and town are a delight to walk around and I did a couple of coastal trips. The holiday certainly fulfilled what I needed to recover and I am keen to try other Iberostar hotels in the future.

We have been here a few days now and are very happy and relaxed. Hotel is lovely and calm the food is great and the and service is excellent. A personal mention must be given to Mario who has really looked after us in the restaurant and snack bar making us feel special. Also Raphael Juan & Tatiana. There are plenty of activities if you want them but nobody is hassling you to join in. Would definitely recommend for a relax and rewind holiday.

We love Lagos as a holiday resort and have been on many occasions. This was our first visit to the Iberostar Hotel. The location of the hotel is ideal for the Meia Praia beach and the lovely walks along the board walk. It is a 2 mile walk along the board walk in to the centre of Lagos. The hotel was lovely and clean and we found all the staff were extremely helpful. We were half board and paid the extra at the hotel to go all inclusive which is good value. The breakfast was buffet style and lots of choices. The evening meal was also buffet style but it was pretty chaotic at times with everyone trying to pick and choose their food. Sadly a lot of the food was either cold or tepid and needed to be warmer to eat. Our preference would have been to have a more formal sit down meal. In the hotel there were plenty of water machines to fill your water bottles. The two outdoor pools were lovely. We did not use the inner pool or gym. We would revisit the hotel but would only go bed and breakfast unless the evening meal options changed.

Mein Mann und ich sind nach einer wunderbaren Woche im Süden Portugals, im Iberostrar in Lagos, nach Zürich zurückgekehrt. Das Hotel ist sehr modern und ruhig und liegt direkt am Strand. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist effizient und freundlich, ebenso das Personal an der Lobby-Bar, das uns wunderbare Cocktails servierte, insbesondere José und Eduardo. Uns wurde das All-inclusive-Paket empfohlen, das sich auf jeden Fall lohnt. Unser Zimmer auf Ebene 3 war geräumig und komfortabel und bot einen Blick auf den Strand und den Hauptpool. Unser einziger Kritikpunkt war, dass unser Zimmer zwischen mehreren Zimmern einer großen Familie lag, die ständig Türen zuschlugen und Lärm machten, aber ansonsten war alles perfekt. Das Restaurant ist ein Buffet, aber die Auswahl an Speisen ist sehr gut und abwechslungsreich. Das Personal im Restaurant und an der Pool-Snackbar (die eigentlich ein tolles Restaurant ist) ist äußerst freundlich und professionell, angeführt von Juan, der einen unglaublichen Job macht! Hervorheben möchte ich auch Mário an der Snackbar, der sehr freundlich ist und ebenfalls ein ausgezeichneter Fachmann, sowie Tatiana und Tiago beim Abendessen. Es war unser erster Aufenthalt, aber wir werden auf jeden Fall an diesen wunderbaren Ort zurückkehren. Mit freundlichen Grüßen, Neele und Anton Bauer

Auf den ersten Blick ein schönes mit tollem Meerblick. Grosse und schön eingerichtete Zimmer. Das Hotel entpupt sich leider schnell als etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Mehr als ein 4-Sterne Status kann nicht erwartet werden. Aber wir hatten eine gute Zeit. Positiv: - Strandnähe - Tolles Frühstückbuffet - grosse Zimmer - schöne Sitzberreiche in der Lobby Negativ: - in die Jahre gekommen - viele Flecken - Rezeption etwas überfordert und geht schlecht/nicht auf die Wünsche der Gäste ein - sehr wenig Parkplätze (Chaos pur) - modriger Geruch in den Gängen
