The hotel does not have any soundproofing and the hotel is located in a remote location. And the service is not good, there are only 2 front desk staff in the entire hotel. The breakfast was very busy and there were very few breakfast choices. In summer, blankets are provided for guests. There was still hair in the hotel bathroom. The quality of the bedding was very poor and I was bitten by fleas after sleeping all night. Totally inconsistent with the price! Never come back!

Beautiful environment, harbor climate. The hotel room is large and the facilities are very good, but there is no kettle in the room. The swimming pool is small (less than 25m). The hotel is a little far from the center of the town, it takes half an hour to walk, it is best to rent a car.

Excellent hotel and facilities, wonderful kids area, very good food, good spa and super friendly staff. The only problem was the Spa receptionist (Sandra). She had a terrible attitude, unwelcoming and irritating. She makes you feel stressed as soon as you enter, which is the opposite of what you want when you go to a spa!

Es ist ein sehr schönes Hotel. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, sowie auch die Reinigungsdamen der Zimmer. Es war alles sehr sauber. Unser Zimmer war zur Stadtseite hin, sodass wir die Abendsonne auf unserem Balkon genießen konnten und auch Blick auf das Meer und den schönen Garten hatten. Ein schöner, großer Pool mit einer sehr schönen Anlage. Es sind nur 5 Minuten zum wunderschönen Sandstrand und 20 Gehminuten über einen langen Holzsteg ( parallel zum Strand) am Bahnhof und den Yachthafen vorbei in die Stadt. Eine Bushaltestelle ist direkt hinterm Hotel (der Bus fährt allerdings nur stündlich).

Un hotel 4 stelle che ne vale forse 2. Lo scrivo perché una struttura di questo tipo si dovrebbe distinguere per gli aspetti “extra” che offre ai propri clienti. Bellissima vista sull’ oceano e sulla città, bellissime piacine, ma… ma non basta. Per la prima volta in oltre 20 anni di viaggi ed hotel mi capita un 4stelle in cui nella tua suite (non una stanza standard!) non ci sono accappatoio, non hai ciabattina, non hai linea cortesia completa, né la crema corpo, né un calzascarpe, non hai un bollitore né una macchina per il caffè, ti trovi un welcome guest con acqua in una junior suite per due con 1 bicchiere. Che tristezza. Quando abbiamo chiesto gli accappatoi per scendere in SPA ci hanno detto che li danno solo a chi sceglie la categoria di stanza ‘premium’ ( più bassa della ns Junior Suite) , poi che li danno solo alla SPA e quando ci siamo rivolti alla SPA, dove. ci hanno detto che li danno solo a chi prenota il servizio massaggi. Ma che 4 stelle e? Non lo è, semplice. Mi è capitato rare volte di scrivere brutte recensioni, ma questa é dovuta, e mi dispiace davvero tanto, solo all’accoglienza (check-in) ed al servizio colazione do il massimo dei voti.

No A/C, no hot water, terrible food, poor customer service. We stayed for four nights in early April. The hotel is nice, but not very functional and the staff is unresponsive. They did fix the hot water issue, but never responded to our multiple requests to fix the broken A/C in our room. Each time we asked about it, they assured us that maintenance would look into it, but they never did and never communicated with us about their efforts or progress. After two nights of poor sleep, we started sleeping with the door open to the balcony. This was not ideal because of street noise. Also there is only a small glass barrier between the balconies, making it easy for someone to step over the barrier and enter a room. We won’t return.

Passamos 3 noites bem agradáveis nesse resort! Adoramos a área da linda piscina externa e do Spa com a bela piscina interna e saunas . Os restaurantes são ótimos e o atendimento muito bom tanto no delicioso café da manhã como nas outras refeições. Os quartos são amplos com uma ótima varanda só que não conseguimos de nenhum jeito ligar o ar condicionado deixando o quarto um pouco abafado. Tivemos que dormir todas as noites com a porta da varanda entreaberta. Outra coisa que incomodou um pouco foi o barulho e conversas em alto tom por parte dos funcionários pelos corredores do hotel e também nos restaurantes. No geral gostamos muito de tudo e voltaríamos cm certeza !
