Hotel simpático, limpo, quartos grandes! Pedimos uma cama extra e 1 berço de bebé, td impecável! Tem piscina e court de ténis! Espaço exterior enorme com um vasto jardim! Pequeno almoço variado com tudo o que tem direito! Tb tem cerelac para os bebés!

Passámos uma noite no hotel mas dormimos muito mal. Acordamos às 6h da manhã com a luz da rua, a janela tinha backout mas não cobria tudo e deixava entrar toda a luz. A Cama de casal era muito estreita. O Corredor para os quartos cheirava a esgoto.

The hotel needs urgent renovation. Infrastructure and decoration. We had ants all over the room. Broken table lamp. The mattress sags. Cracked bathroom and toilet tiles. Broken toilet paper holder, rusty shower and similar items. Cleaning leaves a lot to be desired. There were things from previous guests in the room. The carpet in the hallways is stained with bleach… The pool area has a broken floor. Tennis courts in need of a new look. Lots to do indeed. The price is high so things are not in condition. In contrast, the staff was all friendly, the huge green space is very pleasant and the breakfast is varied and good. There is a lack of options for those who are gluten intolerant and the pool should open in the spring, if it does not open, guests should be notified in advance. It's a shame they let such a beautiful hotel reach this state. We will not return as long as this remains the case.

Very pleasant place. Sheep in the garden add a nice picturesque touch. Comfortable room, very good breakfast. Attentive staff, especially the receptionist Maria who, with extreme friendliness and kindness, guided us about the city and region.

I truly enjoyed my stay at the Turim. As stated the staff was helpful and professional. My room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The (optional but WELL WORTH) breakfast buffet was really delicious. Finally, YES I would certainly stay again. Very reasonably priced as well !

Lovely hotel 25 minutes away from Lisbon. Staff was very welcoming and accommodating upon arrival. While there is no lunch offer onsite, I was recommended a traditional Portuguese restaurant 3min away by foot. The room was bright and clean - even if not the most modern, it was charming and had everything necessary. Breakfast table was well-furnished with some Portuguese delicacy as well as continental ones.
