The location is a bit far from the city center, but it's very quiet. I really liked being woken up by the sound of running water in the morning.
However, drinks in the room are chargeable, but there's no clear signage. I suggest that it be clearly marked.

If you want a good view in Sapa, I recommend this area.
It's in the same alley as Eco Farm or Rocksik, so the view is similar, and there's a natural waterfall flowing in the back, so the scenery is nice.
It doesn't seem to be many tourists yet, but it is a good value for money accommodation.
The interior is made of cypress wood, so it has a nice woody scent, and there are two cute kittens in the restaurant.
The hot water comes out late, so please be careful of burns. You can also call a taxi at the hotel.

Our room was amazing. We had a room with a king bed and our son had his own room with bunk beds. Our patio had an amazing view of valley. We were about 15 min outside of the city center, but taxi's were easy to get. The family does not speak English so we did have to use google translate. He did arrange a treckking guide for us and dinner one night. There was a big storm one night and we lost electricity, but we kind of enjoyed it! We left our patio doors open ans slept to the sound of the rain. Our son would not go in the pool as it was a bit dated and looked unclean.

I had booked this Homestay for 2 days for our group 19 pax , the owner hotel make reservations pick up us at train station early morning from Hanoi to loa chai , during we’re stay there staff and owner helpful us every thing that we want and make the best dinner that we’re want , thanks and see u again.

It seems furnished like a Zadina bathroom in Rimini but we are in the mountains at 1600m and very cold. Luckily the rooms are very comfortable and well heated. In summer the swimming pool on the ground floor must be wonderful. The only sore point is that to go to the room you have to go down the stairs and with suitcases it isn't very convenient given that there is no lift. Good food.

Located 10 minutes drive from the center of Sa Pa, the rooms have a splendid view and there is also a swimming pool, the staff, as in all of Vietnam, is very kind and I found the structure very clean, it was a great stay and I recommend it.
