I had a wonderful two-night stay here. What impressed me most was how the staff were always smiling and attentive. The food was delicious, and the interior design was very charming. Although it was a bit far from town and there were some insects, neither was a big issue. I think it's a great place to enjoy Sapa's nature!

The staff were incredibly friendly and the food was delicious! Since it was April, it wasn't hot even without air conditioning. As long as you keep the door closed, bugs don't really come in. If you come to Sapa, you should definitely visit this place at least once, the atmosphere is amazing!!

A perfect place for retreat in Sapa. Nice environment with friendly staff and delicious food. Trekking tour is provided, visiting villages with 6hours walk is so much fun! The view from our room is amazing, one of the best hotel i stay with peaceful balcony for my morning yoga routine. I love this place so much and i will definitely come back again!

This guesthouse has a wonderful atmosphere! My kids had a blast playing with the owner's pets. The accommodation was clean, the surroundings beautiful, and the food at the guesthouse was delicious too. We'll definitely be back to stay again!

This place is amazing. They stay true to their words - to be eco-friendly and reduce wastage. Nam and his team were very helpful and Nam is exceptionally attentive to our needs. The room is exactly the same as the photos on Trip.com and we received a pleasant surprise with a beautifully decorated bed when they know that it’s our wedding anniversary.
The common area has a fireplace where guests can gather around and have small conversations. The food and drinks (including cocktails) were so good that almost every day we would rather stay at the resort to have our meals. Nam makes great cocktails!
Lastly, there is a resident dog, as well as a cat. Both are adorable and love to be around people. Our stay with Eco Palm House is amazing. Great place, great view, and great people! We will certainly recommend to our family and friends. Hope we are also able to visit and stay here again!
