Sapa Hotels with Parking

Good place to stay, great accommodation in term of quality and price. The staff is lovely. Would recommend it!

Location - The view is overrated as all the roads and constructions are in plain sight with tons of vehicle noise. Room - Terrible, we came back to our room full of ants and ant eggs that seemed to fall from the roof. To make it worse the room had been made up by the housekeeping. We got a swap of a new room but it was full of flies in the room itself and we had to use the mosquito swatter to eradicate the pests before we were able to fall asleep. Service - We need to call for the buggy service each time we need to leave our room for meals or to go for the site seeing as the room is an extended part of the resort. Each time we called for the service, we were told to wait outside the room (full of flies around), at times we waited for close to an hour. Crew - Best Crew award goes to the mosquito swatter, without it, we wouldn't be able to sleep in peace. The rest of the crew are basically just VERY concerned about whether we purchased the tickets for the attractions or have booked the transport to the city. Generally only recommend this place as a bed and breakfast instead of enjoying it like a resort.

We were first given a room that has a smell so my wife requested for another room and they accomodated our request. The hotel was only above average and the plus point was the extremely convenient location a stones throw to anywhere and everywhere in downtown Sa Pa. The breakfast verandah is another spectacular location while the breakfast is pretty standard for the price we paid As in the Title we had a beautiful rainbow right outside our balcony window which was quite awesome and the hotel staff even made special arrangements for my wife`s birthday

I received a room upgrade service as a great opportunity for a beautiful view. Even though it rained, I had a great day with a beautiful view and I am disappointed. It would have been great if the weather had been nice, but even if it rains and is a bit cloudy Beautiful view and no communication in Vietnamese We did our best to provide the best service using English and body language. They helped me use the facilities comfortably. Breakfast is not a buffet style meal. They bring it to you when you order, so you can enjoy a variety of eggs. You can eat as much as you like without being heavy, such as fruit, yogurt, and rice noodles. I was able to have a refreshing breakfast with a great view. Best accommodation! Highly recommended if you go to Sapa :)

Hotels are a tough business, so it's sad I'm writing a 2-star review. Let's first consider the business. Most businesses do one thing, or two at most, and that's their focus. Hotels have to run many facets well: cleaning, laundry, infrastructure maintenance, repairs to all the rooms and bathrooms and TV's and air-conditioning, renovations, running a kitchen making food 16 hours a day. Then there's managing personnel, scheduling and coordinating tradesmen, wholesale food supplies. And then, marketing and advertising, bookings, and all the admin of all those facets. Like I said, a hard industry to work in, let alone turn a profit. Le Bordeaux is struggling. My room had bugs, mould, unswept floors, broken lights, frayed and threadbare towels, dirt and dust. AirCon didn't cool the room. WiFi was poor. The hotel is at a busy intersection, and although they're not responsible for the horns honking from 6am to 11pm, the windows are not sound insulated. The restaurant is reasonably priced and offers a wide ranging menu of decent quality food, but can be slow. For $60 AUD a night, I've had much better. I hope they turn things around, and they could if they improved housekeeping, audited their WiFi, TVs and AirCon machines to make them work, and sped up the kitchen.

Bên chúng tôi đã chốt với nhân viên sale là chỉ đặt dịch vụ ngâm chân, không có thêm bất kỳ dịch vụ nào. Trước khi đặt dịch vụ thì đã có nhân viên của khách sạn gọi điện cho tôi tư vấn rồi chứ không phải là mù mờ thông tin. Không hiểu do sale làm việc với bộ phận spa như nào mà lại bổ sung cả dịch vụ massage vào cho khách. Đến khi thanh toán thì khách ngớ người ra là tại sao lại phát sinh cho cả nhóm là 1.980k. Rồi sau đó, nhân viên spa lại còn bảo là khách ok, đồng ý với phát sinh đó. Tôi nói thật với các ông các bà chứ, khách mà không đồng ý thì các ông các bà có cho khách của tôi đi về nhà không. Họ đồng ý mà về nhà họ lại phàn nàn với chúng tôi là tại sao lại phải thanh toán tiền phát sinh kia à. Tôi đã làm việc trực tiếp với sale thì sale lại đổ lỗi cho bên spa, rồi làm việc với bên spa thì lại đổ lỗi cho sale, nhất định không hoàn tiền cho khách. Sale làm sai mà không nhận, nhắn tin thì không thèm trả lời. Một câu xin lỗi cũng không có. Các ông các bà làm ăn chộp giật như thế thì hỏi uy tín của các ông bà ở đâu. Dropped in here for a herbal bath on two consecutive days, fairly priced at 120,000VND. Much needed after a really crap overnight bus journey! Lovely staff, food was ok for the price. Also got some complimentary cinnamon tea with the baths. Contrary to the other reviews, the english of staff was fine.
