Öncellikle yeri cok güzel merkezi, otelin bütün calisanlari cok güler yüzlü, odalar temiz, banyoda sorun yasadik hemen bir usta geldi ve sorun kalkti, kahvalti serpme ve self service degil bu cok hosuma gitti. Genel anlamda cok güzel vakit gecirdik. Hava yagmurluydu ve biz sadece kapali havuza girebildik, keske biraz daha sicak olsaymis ayni dustaki derece gibi ilikti, kahvaltida zeytinler yenilmiyecek gibiydi ve son olarak Restaurantin Ahcisi izinliydi ama göl o kdr yakinki cok güzel yer var yemek yenilecek.

Karşılaştığımız bütün personeller harika insanlardı herkesten çok teşekkür ederim. Resepsiyondaki Murat Beyden ayrıca teşekkür ederim. Keşke otelde evcil hayvanlar için de bir çözüm olsa daha iyi olur. Yine de çok güzel bir otel.

Çocuklarımla birlikte güzel bir tatil yaptık. Özellikle spa bölümü çok iyiydi. Çok teşekkür ederiz. En kısa zamanda tekrar gideceğiz.

Genel olarak Hotel epey temiz odalar genişti. Check-in esnasında resepsiyondaki personeller çok yardım severdi.
Hotel sahibi pek örnek davranışlarda bulunmadı ve bu beni ve eşimi çok rahatsız etti.
Ayrıca spada çalışan Taylandlı personeller Hotele gelen müşterilere nasıl davranacaklarınıda öğrenmeli, masaj bittikten sonra nezaket gösterek ''Thank you'' deyip odadan dışarı çıktığımda, kendi aralarında beni taklit ederek alay etmelerini çok ama çok yadırgadım. Ertesi günde spaya gidecektim ama bu davranış yüzünden vaz geçtim.

29 ekim tatilinde 2 gece ailece kaldık. Konaklamamız genel olarak iyiydi. Erken gelmemize rağmen saat 2'yi bekletmeden odamızı temizletip
bize 11 gibi odamızın anahtarını verdiler. Otel birkaç ay önce devralınmış. Doğal olarak bazı eksikleri var. Onlar da giderilirse çok iyi iş yaparlar diye düşünüyorum. Aklıma gelen detaylar şu şekilde : Odalar ve balkonlar genel olarak güzel. Banyoların muslukları duş başlıkları su giderleri, tuvalet fırçaları ve banyo havluları yenilenmeli. Kahvaltı güzeldi. Özellikle bergamotlu çay çok iyiydi ama zeytinler fazla tuzluydu. Daha güzelini almalılar. Kapalı havuz ***et temizdi ama hamamda bazı eksikler mevcut. Mevsim geçtiği
için açık havuz hizmet dışıydı ama büyüklüğü ***et iyi. Yazın güzel olur diye düşünüyorum. Terasın manzarası da çok güzel. Son olarak çocuklara bir oyun alanı yapılırsa süper olur çünkü bizim gibi çocuklu aileler fazlaca geliyor. Konaklamamız boyunca bize güleryüzlü ve misafirperver davranan tüm personele de teşekkür ediyorum.

The hotel wasn’t clean and should not rating as a 4 stars hotel. The toilet was not clean at all and the tolls was dirty. It was the worst hotel I have booked in my life so I booked another hotel in the same day although the refused to refund me for the 2 nights I booked
