Amazing hotel, the place was interesting in morning and quiet in evening,The Water park was fantastic,
The room was big and clean,
The only thing that need to improve is the breakfast
It was a little poor.

Paranızı boşa harcamak istiyorsanız buraya gelebilirsiniz, Çalışanları geçtim otelin sahibi dahil hizmetleri hiç güzel değildi Beş aile gittik kalabalığız diye rahatsız olmuşlar bize öyle söylediler Ama bence o kadar kişiyle baş edemiyorsalar almamalılar Beklediğimiz hizmeti alamadıgımız için lokantadan kovulduk kendimiz de otelden çıkış yapmak istedik para iadesi kabul etmediler ailemizden bir birey temaslı bir şekilde tehdit edildi müşteri olarak böyle bir hizmeti kabul edemeyiz

Odalarında akrep çıkıyor ve otel çalışanları hiç şaşırmadan normal karşılıyor. Temizlik epey vasat ve otel bakımsız. Kahvaltı çok kalitesiz ürünler içeriyor. Ödenen ücret otel kalitesine göre epey yüksek. Otelde eşya unuttuk, 3 haftadır kargoya vereceklerdi kargoya verdiklerini söylediler ama hala kargo yok. Kargo firmasını bilmiyorlar ve takip numarası vs de yok. Döneceğiz size diyip dönmüyorlar.

Otelin hizmeti, personelin nezaketi cok iyiydi. Spası ve masajı cok iyiydi. Baliden gelen işini iyi yapan masörler vardı. Odalar her gün temizlendi. Kışın konakladık Aqua parkı kullanmadık ama o da güzel görünüyordu. Memnun kaldık. Yazın tekrar gelmek istiyoruz☺️
