10-17 Eylül tarihleri arasında eşim ile Sapanca Cabir Deluxe Otelinde misafir olduk. Bu süreçte oda içi kasamızdan 800 EUR ve 1500-1600 TL çalındı. Durumu otel yönetimine bildirdik ve kamera kayıtları incelendi. İncelemeye göre odaya sadece bizim ve oda temizliği görevlilerinin girmiş olduğu tespit edildi. Otel yönetimi tavsiyesi doğrultusunda olayı polise intikal ettirdik. Polis her ne kadar oda görevlisini sorgulamasında (sonunda bir itiraf olmadığı için) bir sonuç çıkmadı. Polis dolaylı bir şekilde bir dava açmanın bir şey getirmeyeceğini belirtti. Yani dava dahi açamadık. Otelden ayrılırken otel güvenlik müdürü olayı bırakmayacağını belirtse de aradan bir hafta geçmesine rağmen henüz bir geri dönüş olmadı. Bu şekilde bu olay tatilimizde çok acı ve unutması mümkün olmayan bir anı olarak kalacak.

Ayda bir kaç kez eşimle ,arkadaşlarımla kalmayi tercih ettigim bir otel .Yemekleri çoğu otele kıyasla çok çok iyi bu hafta arkadaslarimizla birlikte yaptiginiz bu tatilde birkac aksilik yasadik daha once de aracimi almak istedim istedigim zaman aracimi alamayacagimi soylediler.birdaha arac anahtarini teslim etmedim.Araci orman önundeki otoparklarina cekiyolar ordan kendim gidip aldim karanlıkta bir kadin olarak.bugun yasadigimiz problem ise bel rahatsizligi yasiyorum yasamasam dahi bu durumla karsilasmamam lazm belboy cagirdik cikis icin tam yarim saat gelmedi kendimiz indik resepsiyona ve hicbir yogunluk yoktu.aksam yemegindeki garson beyefendi!beni arkadaslarima karsi mahcup etti yani ben vesile olup goturdugum icin … asik surat zorla verilen icecek ve cevaplar …guzellikleri cok olan bir otel canli muzige denk gelirseniz sanslisiniz ,harika nargile hazirliyorlar ama bu tarz umursamaz halleri dikkatsizlikleri ve asla telafi icin bir ozur dilememeleri uzucu

Cevresindeki otellere gore bir tik asagida ama calisanlar oldukca yardimsever ve guleryuzlu. Spa oteli olmasina ragmen bornoz ve kese yok. Odalarin banyolari kucuk. Spa alani yeterli ve keyifli Lux otel kategorisine girmez ama keyifli vakit gecirirsiniz

In general the place on all levels is great, maybe there is on the road leading to the hotel a bit unpaved the road is not safe from the crescent of roads near the hotel ..

I like the breakfast buffet
I like outside the hotel garden
I dislike that the heater temperature degree was toooo much over despite the weather out side was modest 22- 23c, when we request to make it off or at least lowerthe heater but the response was open the window !!, & insects came inside the rooms .
It was very upset stay especially with bad smell in toilets. Rooms and finding dirty toilet on chekin in one of the rooms
