Honestly, they have the worst customer service in Australia. As soon as the lockdown in Sydney was announced, I had to cancel my reservation. The staff's reaction was unbelievable. At first, they told me that it wasn't true that I couldn't leave Sydney, then they realised how ignorant they were, so they said that I had to make another reservation immediately. I tried to explained to them that everything depended on the NSW government's decision. They replied in a rude way showing a total lack of empathy about my situation and I was forced to reschedule another date. Then they said that if I couldn't leave, they would refund me and that I just had to call them. This is what I did. The staff was, again, very unprofessional and said that as I already knew about the lockdown, I shouldn't have made another reservation and so they couldn't give me my money back. Seriously??? Just a waste of money and time.
